Water Treatment Plant
Water treatment is any process that improves the quality of water to make it appropriate for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking, industrial water supply, irrigation, river flow maintenance, water recreation or many other uses, including being safely returned to the environment. Water treatment removes contaminants and undesirable components, or reduces their concentration so that the water becomes fit for its desired end-use. This treatment is crucial to human health and allows humans to benefit from both drinking and irrigation use.
Water softening is the removal of calcium, magnesium, and certain other metal cations in hard water. The resulting soft water requires less soap for the same cleaning effort as soap is not wasted mopping up calcium ions. Soft water also extends the lifetime of plumbing by reducing or eliminating scale build-up in pipes and fittings. Water softening is usually achieved using lime softening or ion-exchange resins.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water treatment process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove impurities, contaminants, and dissolved solids from water.In RO, water is forced through the membrane under pressure, allowing only water molecules to pass through while blocking the majority of dissolved salts, minerals, and other pollutants. This results in the production of purified and high-quality water, often referred to as "permeate," while the concentrated impurities are removed as "reject" or "brine."Further, RO is widely used for various applications, including water purification, desalination, and industrial processes, to achieve the desired water quality and purity.
Ultrafiltration is a sophisticated water treatment process that employs semi-permeable membranes to sift out impurities from water, thereby ensuring a clean and safe water supply. This process effectively eliminates contaminants that can adversely affect the taste, odour, and overall quality of water.
UV disinfection in water treatment uses ultraviolet (UV) light to inactivate harmful microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and protozoa, preventing them from reproducing and causing infection. Water flows through a sealed chamber where it's exposed to UV-C light, typically at a 254 nm wavelength, which damages their DNA. This chemical-free process is effective, environmentally friendly, and does not change the water's taste, odor, or chemical composition, but it requires a pre-filter for cloudy water and a continuous power supply.
Demineralisation is the process by which total dissolved solids (TDS) present in water are removed effectively. A properly pacKaged unit incorporates the principles of ion exchange, degasification and polishing, to produce mineral free water.

We are pleased to offer its most efficient and advanced hot water generator – Air to Water Heat Pump.Capacities being offered currently are 0.5kW, 2kW, 4kW, 8kW, 19 KW and 38 KW with maximum hot water outlet temperature up to 55 – 65 degree centigrade. Multiple units can be installed to achieve higher capacities.Air to Water Heat Pump works on refrigeration cycle by absorbing heat from ambient air to generate hot water.Heat from the ambient air is absorbed & transferred to refrigerant in an evaporator. Refrigerant changes phase from liquid to vapor. The evaporated refrigerant passes through compressor, where its pressure is increased. High pressure & high temperature refrigerant passes through condenser, where latent heat is transferred to incoming cold water. Condensed refrigerant is then passed through expansion valve. High pressure refrigerant expands into low pressure. Now, low pressure & low temperature are again evaporator section to repeat the whole cycle.

Sewage Treatment Plant

Bio Septic Tanks
We are supplying & installation of BIO-ONE Brand sewage and gray water treatment system for commercial use. Gravity flow multi stage collection and percolation tanks made of M40 grade cement concrete confirming to IS-456-2000. Aerobic and anaerobic organic bio culture digester imported from USA is used as per the prescribed dosage on periodical intervals, Output treated water suitable for Reed bed or surface disposal and COD, BOD and PH value confirming to as per TNPCB norms. Treated water can be used for gardening / irrigation /ground water recharge / water disposal purpose. Also we offer wide range of capacities.

MS VESSAL
WE OFFER VARIOUS TYPE OF VESSAL WITH standard Engineering Design confirming to ISI standards. The Material of Construction for the Pressure vessels is of three varieties namely Stainless Steel 304,316 / Mild Steel/FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) MS/SS Vessels are fitted with dished ends, man-holes, supporting legs and facing pads for pipe connections.
The MS Vessel is painted internally with Epoxy and externally with Red Oxide. It is also fitted with a set of internal distribution systems and collection systems for raw filtered and backwashing water. A set of Pressure Gauges for inlet and outlet connections are also provided.
